You're not a therapist anymore. You're a billing department. A supervisor. An office manager who happens to see clients between fires.
The admin grows faster than the revenue. That's the part nobody warns you about.
Billing, analytics, supervision, and notes. Off your plate.
The jobs that turned you into the office manager, starting with the one that bleeds the most money.
Billing that finds the money
Clerie catches the codes you're missing, bills the assessments you're skipping, and decodes the denials insurance buries you in.
- Every claim scanned pre-submit, so a 60-minute session never gets billed as a 45.
- Assessments billed automatically: roughly $12K a year back for a 10-person clinic (estimate).
- Fewer denials. Faster payments. Real revenue you were leaving on the table.

Business answers in plain English
Type a question and the chart shows up: revenue by provider, month over month, pinned to your dashboard.
- Who's busiest, who's underbooked, who cancels most.
- Which payers pay fastest, and which sit on your claims.
- Income by demographic, so you know exactly who to market to.

Supervision that protects your license
Your name is on every note your supervisees write, so Clerie reads all of them and flags the ones that actually need you.
- Risk alerts jump the queue: the harm, the risk, the stuff you can't afford to miss.
- Every note comes with an AI summary: what went well, what needs your feedback.
- Licensure hours count themselves: 53 of 2,000, right on the dashboard.

AI notes for the whole team
Each therapist hits record, runs the session, clicks finish, and the note is drafted before they're out of the room.
- 6+ hours back per therapist per week. That's the whole team going home on time.
- It writes the treatment plan and the safety plan too, insurance-friendly so they don't trigger denials.
- Group sessions get one note applied to everyone in the room, up to about 10 people.

We make switching EHRs easy. And free.
The fear of switching is the number one reason people stay stuck on software they hate. So we made the move boring:
- We import your data.
- We train your team.
- You're running in days.
The money you're missing is usually in the assessments.
They pay about $5 more each but take 20 minutes to file by hand, so most clinics never file them.
~$12K/yrback for a 10-person clinic that bills its assessments. That's an estimate. We'll show you the math on your demo.

The fear of switching is the number one reason practices stay on software they hate, so we made the move boring. We import your client data, we train your providers, and migration is free. Most teams are running in days, with weekly onboarding calls while everyone ramps up. You won't be handed a PDF guide and a ticket queue.
Here's the honest answer: Clerie won't submit claims on your behalf, because software that files for you is how practices end up in insurance fraud territory. It does everything up to the click. Every claim gets scanned for the right codes before it goes out, the assessment codes most clinics skip get attached, and when a denial comes back Clerie decodes it and drafts the fix. Plenty of practices our size run billing in-house with it. And if you already work with a biller, their seat is free: Clerie only charges for clinician seats.
Every supervisee note lands in one review queue with an AI summary of what went well and what needs your feedback, and risk alerts push sessions with harm or suicide language to the top. You sign and approve from the same screen. Clerie also counts supervisee hours toward licensure automatically, so nobody's tracking 2,000 hours on paper. One more thing that matters at this size: supervised therapists credential under their supervisor with no separate application, so you can hire pre-licensed clinicians and bill full rate.
Yes. One note gets applied to everyone in the group, up to about 10 people. The AI tracks around 8 to 10 voices, and it does struggle with very quiet speakers, so we'd rather tell you that here than have you find out mid-group. For a typical skills group it holds up well.
No. Telehealth is built in at no extra charge, and the session recording is what feeds the AI notes: hit record, click finish, the note is drafted. One tool instead of a video subscription plus a note-taker stacked on top of your EHR.
Pricing is per clinician, with part-time and full-time seats, and admin, billing, and scheduling seats are free. You can toggle a seat off when someone's out, parental leave for example, so you're not paying for absent staff. Current numbers live on the pricing page.
Bigger doesn't have to mean busier.
