Ours is included too. The difference is what happens when you leave. With most EHRs, the credentialing work lives in their system and dies there: cancel, and every application, status, and renewal date stays behind. That's the switching trap, and it's the whole reason “free” credentialing gets dangled in the first place. Anything credentialed through Clerie stays with you. You click submit; Clerie does everything around it. Your CAQH profile is imported and digitized, so each payer application becomes a copy-paste job instead of an afternoon of retyping the same license number. Once an application is out, Clerie takes over the part that actually eats your weeks: follow-up emails to the payer every few days, status logged per provider, and expiration reminders before anything lapses. Yes. Supervised therapists credential under their supervisor, with no separate application. That matters more than it sounds. There's no catch in the model. Sessions are what Clerie bills for, so the tools that get you to more sessions, credentialing included, cost nothing extra. That's true for outside billers running credentialing for their clinics, too.
