This week brings significant improvements to billing workflows, supervision features, and group therapy management, making your EHR more powerful and easier to use for mental health practitioners.
Billing & Claims Management
- You can now add telehealth modifier buttons directly to claim status summaries for faster billing
- Enhanced claim status displays with improved ERA dialog experience for clearer payment tracking
- Automatic superbill email scheduling is now available with per-client opt-in settings
- The system now auto-adds 96127 billing codes when assessments are completed, reducing manual entry
- You can now manually enter ERA data if you have Owner or Billing role permissions
- Fixed issues with insured clients being incorrectly billed as self-pay despite verified eligibility
- Improved claim submission accuracy with better payer identification and resubmission workflows
