This Clerie EHR update brings clearer wording and safer confirmations when handling insurance payment take-backs, helping therapists and mental health practices keep billing records accurate.

Billing Improvements

• Confirmation steps for insurance payment take-backs now use clearer, more specific wording, so you know exactly what you're approving before you commit.
• When a take-back amount no longer matches what's on file, Clerie now tells you the exact dollar amounts involved instead of a generic warning — making it easy to spot discrepancies and resolve them quickly.
• Additional polish to the take-back workflow reduces the chance of applying an out-of-date adjustment to a client's balance.
