Release Notes — October 4, 2026: Smoother Supervision and Note Review

By Clerie Team

Clerie's latest EHR update makes clinical supervision more reliable for mental health practitioners, with a new way for supervisees to revise notes under review and important fixes to the review and co-signing workflow.

Supervision & Note Review

  • Supervisees can now revise their own note while it's awaiting supervisor review — no need to wait for it to be sent back before making corrections.
  • Supervisor feedback and comments are now preserved correctly when a note is reviewed, so nothing you write gets lost.
  • Resubmitted notes reliably stay in your supervision queue, so nothing slips out of view before it's signed off.
  • Supervisors are now prevented from co-signing a submission they haven't opened and reviewed, keeping your sign-off trail accurate and defensible.
  • When a note can't be signed off, you'll see the specific reason right away instead of a generic message — making it clear what needs to happen next.

Notes & Documentation

  • Addendum alerts now appear when they should, so you always know when a note has additional documentation attached.
  • If the system declines to save a note, the session page now surfaces that clearly instead of appearing to save successfully — so you never walk away thinking your work was stored when it wasn't.
  • Resolved an issue where note saving and related actions could silently conflict, improving the reliability of your documentation workflow.
