Release Notes — September 28, 2026: Faster diagnosis entry and more reliable treatment plans
By Clerie Team
Clerie's EHR for mental health practitioners makes diagnosis entry faster in treatment plans, shows every participant's plan in couples and family sessions, and delivers a more reliable, permission-aware planning experience for therapists.
Treatment Plan Improvements
- Adding a diagnosis is now as quick as typing — start entering a code or condition and pick it right from the list, with no extra step to open an add form.
- Your diagnosis picker now opens to a curated shortlist of the 22 codes clinicians reach for most often, so the common selections are right at the top.
- Sessions with more than one participant now show a treatment plan for every person involved, not just the first — a big help for couples and family work.
- Diagnoses entered in older plans now display correctly in the full plan view, so your historical documentation stays intact and readable.
- Saving a plan from the quick dialog immediately updates the session view, so what you see always reflects what you just saved.
- Clearer guidance on why you can or cannot view a plan now appears directly on the session's plan tab.
Reliability & Permissions
- Treatment plan lists now load, refresh, and archive more predictably: archiving a plan removes it everywhere it appeared, and a failed refresh keeps your existing rows on screen instead of emptying the list.
- Loading indicators are now accurate, so you'll no longer see a spinner lingering after your plans have finished loading.
- Editing permissions are now confirmed per plan, so the ability to author or change a plan always reflects your actual access for that specific record.
- Archived plans are clearly treated as read-only, preventing accidental edits to closed documentation.
- Plan data is now always matched to the client and case you're actually viewing, eliminating rare cases where stale results could appear after switching between clients.
