Release Notes — September 13, 2026: Richer Records Exports and More Accurate Treatment Plan Tracking
By Clerie Team
This Clerie EHR release brings more complete client records exports, trustworthy last-seen dates, and more accurate treatment plan and diagnosis tracking for mental health practitioners.
Records Export Improvements
- Your client export now includes diagnoses, so you can review clinical information alongside demographics in one place.
- Preferred language and employment status are now included in the client export, giving you a fuller picture of each client.
- Exports now include a last-seen date derived directly from session history, so you can trust it reflects actual client contact — and the export clearly labels which date you're looking at.
- Exported dates are now consistently formatted so they open cleanly in spreadsheets without manual cleanup.
- Family cases now export with folder names that match the case's actual modality, and modality names are no longer repeated when your practice already includes them.
- Session information in exports is now strictly scoped to your organization, reinforcing data separation between practices.
- Corrected several outdated notes and warnings in the export experience so the guidance you see matches what actually happens.
Treatment Plans and Diagnoses
- Treatment plan lists now show the correct current plan for each case, rather than mixing plans across cases.
- Revised plans now correctly supersede the versions they replaced, so you always see the plan that's actually in effect — even after a plan has been deactivated.
- Diagnosis information can now be viewed per case, not just per client, giving you clearer context when a client has multiple cases.
- Diagnosis records now accurately reflect whether a description was provided, reducing confusing or misleading entries.
Client Records
- Session lists on a client's record now reliably show only that client's sessions.
