Release Notes — September 12, 2026: Richer Records Exports and Smarter Telehealth Recording

This Clerie EHR release brings more complete records exports, new telehealth recording policies, and consent form improvements for mental health therapists and practice management teams.

Records Export Improvements

• Client exports now list every clinician a client is currently assigned to, instead of guessing a single name.
• Client exports now include subscriber date of birth and address, plus clearer demographics columns for Sex and Gender.
• Cross-cutting screenings are now included in exports rather than being left out.
• Consents without an attached form are now included instead of being reported as missing, and safety acknowledgments render correctly.
• Consent dates and download file names now display in your own time zone, not the server's.
• Cover sheets and export counts are now scoped to your clinic only, and sample/demo clients no longer appear in real clinic exports.
• Documents that can't be located are now reported accurately rather than counted as available files.
• Insurance columns that your practice doesn't maintain have been removed for a cleaner export.
• Export progress now shows a dedicated phase while cover sheets are generated.
• You can now delete a finished export, with a confirmation message telling you exactly what was removed. Failed deletions keep the dialog open, and double-clicks won't cause duplicate actions.
• Completion emails for exports are now opt-in and off by default, so your inbox stays quiet unless you ask.

Telehealth & Session Recording

• Recording is now governed by a practice policy: the Record button clearly explains why it's unavailable when policy doesn't allow it.
• Recording can start automatically when the practitioner joins the session, with the separate in-call consent step removed for a smoother start.
• Recording activity now appears as system notes in session chat so everyone has a clear record of what happened.
• Stopping a recording is always available, and starts are now safer and idempotent — repeated or delayed attempts won't create duplicate or conflicting recordings.

Consent Forms

• Renaming a consent form now creates a proper new version, so your form history stays a complete, reliable chain.
• Consent forms that were never versioned have been brought up to date, and signers no longer land on an outdated form title after an update.

Performance & Reliability

• PDF generation no longer pauses unnecessarily, so documents render noticeably faster.
• Various reliability fixes to insurance and data-quality checks for more accurate results.
