Release Notes — September 11, 2026: Practice-Wide Records Export
By Clerie Team
Clerie's EHR now supports practice-wide full-chart exports with client selection, plus more accurate assessment scoring, clearer telehealth reliability, and account email safeguards for mental health practices.
Practice-Wide Records Export
- You can now run a full-chart export for your entire practice from the Data Export card, instead of exporting one client at a time.
- You can choose exactly which clients a practice-wide export covers, with the client list scoped to your confirmed organization.
- Exports now include a billing section, along with assessments and safety plans scoped to the person each record is about.
- Cover sheets and manifests now agree with each other and describe only what the export actually contains — including clear notes when a chart is empty, when a billing section had nothing to review, or when certain screenings were withheld.
- Each assessment now shows who completed it, with collateral raters identified by name where available.
- Multi-select assessment answers and rating scales now export in a readable, accurate form, and reported scores come straight from the record rather than being re-derived.
- Service-date windows now follow one consistent rule, including the final day of the range, so date-bounded exports return the records you expect.
- Larger exports are more reliable: finished archives are no longer hidden, all retained exports are reachable, and the archive size ceiling has been raised.
Assessments
- Scores are now either computed or clearly shown as absent — never estimated or fabricated.
- Participant matching is more accurate, so assessments are attributed to the right person.
- Answer options that contain separator characters are now matched exactly, preventing mislabeled responses.
Account & Settings
- When editing a user, email and phone fields are now stacked full-width for easier entry on any screen size.
- Email changes are now rejected if the address already belongs to another account.
- Address changes are validated and stored on the server, and you'll now be warned that already-queued messages will still go to the previous address.
Telehealth Reliability
- Session counts and capacity checks are now based on what each server is actually serving, so sessions are placed and drained more accurately during maintenance.
- Dropped connections are now handled correctly instead of being treated as an unknown state, reducing unexpected session issues.
Billing
- Claim history now traces correctly through refiled claims, giving you an accurate view of a claim's full lifecycle.
Sign-Up & Landing Experience
- The password strength panel no longer blocks the consent checkbox during sign-up.
- The landing page now fits on a single screen with consistent alignment and a refreshed, cleaner icon set.
