Release Notes — September 10, 2026: Export Your Full Client Records

Clerie's EHR now lets your practice export complete client demographics as a CSV, with faster, more reliable downloads and clearer next-appointment details for every client.

Client Records Export

  • You can now export every client's demographic information from your practice as a single CSV file, making it easy to review your caseload, migrate data, or build your own reports.
  • Each client's next appointment is now included directly on their own row, so you no longer need to cross-reference a separate file.
  • Phone numbers export in a consistent, standardized format so spreadsheet tools no longer mangle them.
  • Exports are checked before the download begins, so you'll get a clear message if something isn't ready instead of an empty or incomplete file.
  • A single document that can't be rendered no longer stops the rest of a client's chart from exporting.
  • Large exports are more reliable end to end: long-running jobs now finish or fail clearly rather than stalling, and archived appointments are included as expected.
  • A failed download now shows an error in place instead of navigating you away from the page you were working on.

Client Records & Scheduling

  • "Next appointment" now has one consistent meaning across Clerie — the soonest accepted, non-cancelled, non-archived appointment — so the date you see is the same everywhere you look.
  • Pending booking requests are shown separately from confirmed appointments, so you can tell at a glance what's on the calendar versus what's still awaiting your response.
  • Client records now display the correct practice name, even when a client has no upcoming appointment scheduled.
  • Client profile updates save more reliably and consistently, regardless of how you got to the record.

Reliability & Access

  • Exports and downloads are now firmly scoped to your own organization's records.
  • Permission updates for new features roll out more safely, reducing the chance of unexpected access gaps on launch day.
