Release Notes — September 7, 2026: Smoother Supervision and Treatment Plan Approvals

This Clerie EHR update makes supervision workflows more reliable and lets designated supervisors approve treatment plans without a licence on file — practice management improvements for mental health therapists and their teams.

Treatment Plan Approvals

• Supervisors at your practice can now review and approve treatment plans even if a licence isn't yet recorded on their profile, so sign-offs no longer stall while credentials are being added.
• Improved reliability behind treatment plan sign-off, making approvals more consistent and easier for our team to support if something goes wrong.

Supervision Workflow Fixes

• Corrected a gap in how supervision relationships were checked, so the right supervisor is recognized in more situations.
• Supervision conversations are now created and matched more reliably, reducing the chance of duplicate or missing supervision threads.
