Enhanced login experience with better phone number handling and improved billing accuracy for mental health practitioners using our EHR platform.

Login & Account Access

• You can now more reliably log in with phone numbers, especially when using autofill or browser-saved credentials
• Improved account recovery process when accessing expired or broken login links
• Reduced rate limiting on account recovery attempts to prevent legitimate access from being blocked

Billing & Claims Management

• Fixed issues where patient responsibility amounts could be incorrectly duplicated in your billing records
• Improved accuracy of claim status tracking to prevent claims from being incorrectly marked as denied
• Enhanced eligibility verification system with automatic checks now disabled by default for new practices (you can enable as needed)
• Better handling of insurance remittance data to ensure accurate claim reconciliation
