Release Notes — June 5, 2026: Enhanced Scheduling & Billing Reliability

Improved scheduling accuracy for client sessions and enhanced billing workflow reliability for mental health practitioners using our EHR platform.

Scheduling Improvements

• You can now rely on more accurate availability when booking first sessions through the client portal
• All-day calendar events are now properly recognized when checking for scheduling conflicts and suggesting alternative time slots
• Your internal calendar blocks are now respected when clients book sessions through the self-scheduling portal

Billing Enhancements

• Duplicate claims are now automatically prevented across all billing views and workflows
• Session ID management has been added to the billing tab for better claim tracking
• Treatment plan diagnosis updates now work correctly for refiled claims
• Cancelled claims properly clear related billing data to prevent confusion

Client Import Updates

• Import file size limit reduced to 250 MB for better performance and reliability
• Client updates now preserve existing therapist assignments to maintain continuity of care
• Family groupings better preserve household notes and handle client matching
• Date of birth processing is now more accurate across different time zones

Telehealth Fixes

• Resolved an issue that could cause audio processing errors during session recordings
