New self-service client portal features and improved data import capabilities help mental health practitioners streamline client information management and reduce administrative overhead.

Client Portal Enhancements

• You can now allow clients to update their own Social Security Numbers directly through the client portal, reducing administrative tasks for your staff
• Clients can now self-update their pronouns in the portal, ensuring accurate and respectful communication

Client Management Improvements

• You can now add, edit, and view client pronouns directly from the clinic interface, with pronouns prominently displayed in client headers for quick reference
• Enhanced Social Security Number management allows you to add or edit SSNs directly on client pages with improved access controls

Import & Data Migration

• When importing clients from external systems, you now have full control over setting client status (active, inactive, etc.) during the import process
• Improved data import reliability ensures client billing information and treatment details are preserved accurately during practice transitions
• Enhanced import process better handles client enrollment dates and insurance coverage information
