Major improvements to practice data imports, insurance billing accuracy, and calendar synchronization to streamline your mental health practice management workflow.

Practice Data Import Enhancements

• You can now import practice data more reliably with improved patient and insurance information processing
• Import processes now run in the background, allowing you to continue working while data is being processed
• You'll receive email notifications when your import is complete
• Import dialogs now stay responsive and can be closed during processing
• Insurance copay and deductible amounts of $0 are now properly preserved during import

Insurance & Billing Improvements

• CMS-1500 forms now include more comprehensive insurance data fields for accurate claim submissions
• Patient payment allocation has been streamlined for more accurate billing records
• Client balance sheets now display sessions in chronological order with most recent sessions first
• Insurance relationship information (spouse, child, etc.) is now automatically populated when the patient is self-insured

Calendar & Session Management

• Fixed an issue where recurring sessions could be double-booked in Google Calendar
• Google Calendar sync now properly handles cancelled and archived sessions
• Calendar synchronization is now more reliable across different calendar providers

Security & Privacy Improvements

• Enhanced privacy protections with improved data handling in system logs
• Better error handling for telehealth recording features with clearer user guidance
