Release Notes — April 2, 2026: Payment Processing & Assessment Improvements

Enhanced payment processing with HSA/FSA card support, new PTSD assessment tools, and improved client data management for mental health practitioners.

Payment Processing Enhancements

• You can now accept HSA and FSA cards for client payments through improved payment processing configuration

Assessment Tools

• You can now use the PCL-5 (PTSD Checklist for DSM-5) assessment to screen clients for PTSD symptoms
• You can edit assessment schedule frequency directly without navigating to separate settings
• Fixed duplicate questions in the Dissociative Symptoms Scale (DES-II) assessment
• Resolved issues with clinician-administered assessments displaying incorrectly in charts

Client Data Management

• You can now import additional client demographics including guardian information, secondary languages, and sex assigned at birth
• Client pronouns are now correctly reflected in AI-generated progress notes based on their demographic information
• Treatment plans are now preserved with full audit trails when archived instead of being permanently deleted
• Archived treatment plan counts are now displayed on toggle buttons for better visibility

Scheduling & Access Improvements

• Fixed scheduling interface showing appointment slots outside of your configured working hours
• Resolved access issues for therapists assigned to specific cases when viewing assessments
• Fixed profile loading errors in case note dialogs
