New billing export tools, telehealth waiting rooms, and flexible session recording controls help mental health practitioners streamline their practice management workflow.

Billing & Insurance Management

• You can now click to copy data and export CSV files from your unmatched insurance claims table for easier record-keeping and analysis
• Your billing dashboard now displays overpayment credits more clearly, helping you track client account balances at a glance
• We've added support for custom contracted rates with different payers for each provider in your practice, giving you more accurate billing calculations

Telehealth Enhancements

• You can now set up telehealth waiting rooms with individual admission controls, allowing you to admit participants one at a time for better session management
• A new dialog lets you apply waiting room settings to your scheduled sessions in bulk, saving you time during setup

Session Management

• You can now convert personal calendar events directly into therapy sessions, making it easier to transition informal appointments into billable sessions
• New per-case recording controls let you enable or disable session recording for individual cases rather than practice-wide settings
• Your Client Pay billing pipeline now excludes future sessions and defaults to the appropriate billing stage for more accurate payment processing

User Experience Improvements

• We've simplified note style preferences by replacing the modal with inline default actions for quicker access
• Personal calendar events now display correctly in your clinic's combined calendar view
• Various interface refinements make administrative tasks more intuitive and efficient
